We currently only ship within the United States.
What are my payment choices?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMERICAN Express, PayPal, and Sole Gift Cards. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service department at 210-822-7653 within 15 days of receipt for a Return Authorization Number.
Sole Boutique will issue a refund or an exchange ONLY if item(s) have not been worn, damaged in any way, and are in their original packaging with tags. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number and must be returned by a service that tracks packages such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 10 days after we receive your return. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total only. We’re sorry but we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders. An exception will be made on refunding shipping charges ONLY if Sole Boutique was at fault for shipping the wrong item(s). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped please call our customer service department at 210-822-7653 and we will cancel your order. If your order has been shipped you will have to return the item(s) and adhere to the REFUND POLICY.
