Good talent is often overlooked in the professional world. There is a point when talent and hard work is not the leading factor in determining skill. Other things come into the mix and make the overall picture. Money and politics take over and talent is jeopardized. This is why we encourage people to look locally for talent. This is where art can be found in its purest form before it is tainted.
