Regular in-store releases are on a first come first serve basis. You have an option to purchase the released item online and pickup in-store or you can come in and purchase in-store. The release items go live online at 9:00 AM. Shop hours are  12 PM – 6 PM Tuesday – Saturday. 

• One entry per person
• One size per entry
• Winners will be emailed an invoice.
• You must pay invoice by 10 AM on the release date.
• Winners are notified when the drawing closes.
• You can pick up in-store at 12 PM on the release day or have them shipped (additional shipping fee will be added to your invoice).

Only one entry per customer is accepted. If you have multiple entries you will be disqualified.

You can only choose one size. If you choose multiple sizes you will not be disqualified.

You will be notified by email or text (which ever option you chose on the entry form) after the drawing closes.

You will be sent an invoice and must pay by 10 am central time on the day of the release. No exceptions will be made.

If you don’t pay your invoice or in person by 10 am central time on the release day we will release you shoe online or in-store.

All release date products (shoes, clothing, and accessories) are considered FINAL SALE. We do NOT offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.
