We DO NOT offer refunds. 

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can exchange your product within 7 days of purchase.

We require an original sales receipt, gift receipt, or original packaging slip. We will happily exchange the item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and with its original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

An item or items are not eligible for exchange if:

  • you do not have proof of purchase (sales receipt, gift receipt, or original packaging slip).
  • have been worn.
  • have been damaged.
  • do not have original tags and packaging.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
  • the product/item must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • the product/item must be unused and undamaged in any way.
  • the product/item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product/item is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the exchange after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.

Release Items:

All release date products (shoes, clothing, and accessories) are considered FINAL SALE. We do NOT offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit. Release date items can be found on the “Releases” page or will be labeled “Limited Release”

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.


You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange. Note that it may take 3 business days for us to ship your exchange.
