Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges only under the conditions outlined below.


Exchange Eligibility

Items may be exchanged within 3 calendar days of the purchase date if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unopened, and undamaged

  • The item is in its original packaging with all original tags attached

  • You provide proof of purchase (sales receipt, gift receipt, or original packing slip)


Items NOT Eligible for Exchange

Items will not be eligible for exchange if they:

  • Do not include proof of purchase

  • Have been worn or used

  • Are damaged in any way

  • Are missing original tags or packaging

  • Are release date items

  • Are sale items

  • Are returned after 3 calendar days


Release Date Items (Final Sale)

All release date products — including shoes, clothing, and accessories — are FINAL SALE.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit on release date items.

Release date items can be found on the “Releases” page or will be labeled as “Limited Release” or include a specific release date.


Sale Items (Final Sale)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange.

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location

  • Once we receive your item, it will be inspected before the exchange is processed

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for your exchange to be shipped after approval


Damaged or Late Returns

If an item is damaged or the exchange request is made after 3 calendar days, the item will not be eligible for exchange.
